On-site for 45–90 minutes depending on square footage and add-ons. Weather calls made 24 hours out for exteriors.

Standard photo galleries include full-res and MLS-sized exports within 24 hours. We'll confirm the timeline for Showcase tours and floor plans with your order.

The Zillow media link opens the Aryeo portal only. No package, service, add-on, or property details are prefilled there. When a form is available, make your selections and review the inclusions, delivery terms, and total in Aryeo before submitting. Opening the portal does not place an order.

Exterior-heavy shoots get a weather check 24 hours out. If conditions won't work, we reschedule at no charge — no cancellation fee either way.
Every gallery includes both full-resolution files and pre-sized MLS/web exports, so you can upload straight from the delivery link.
Campbell & Jordan is a Zillow Showcase Select business producing listing photos, Zillow 3D Home® tours, and interactive floor plans for agents preparing Showcase listings. Order media through our Aryeo portal. Your Zillow Showcase subscription and listing activation are handled separately in your Zillow account.
Most weeks we can fit a standard shoot in within 2-3 days. Twilight slots book up faster, especially Thursday-Saturday.
Yes. We provide Matterport 3D walkthroughs for insurance companies, mortgage companies, contractors, appraisers, and investors, as well as listing agents and property managers. Interactive tours let teams explore a property's layout and review visible conditions remotely. Request a walkthrough through our booking form and select the Matterport 3D option. We'll confirm scope, availability, and pricing directly; a request is not a confirmed appointment.
When a lender or mortgage company receives a value acceptance + property data or hybrid appraisal offer in Desktop Underwriter® (DU®), they order a PDC to be completed by a trained data collector. That's us — we handle the on-site visit and submit the photos, measurements, and condition details the file needs.
